Good food, good service. However, there are not a lot of seating places.

I saw the place today and decided to visit with my entire family.
It was Sunday and we arrived there at 17:30
It turned out the place closes at 17:00, which is fine.
Inside it was full of staff people. We went in an and were sent back with - sorry, we are closed.
The thing that made me bad impression, is that there wad no approach like to a customer. If it is a governmental institution, then I would understand. But you have a private business and you are trying to survive. 4 people coming in while the place is still full of people and even some sitting customers, and you don't even check what would they like to get.
We would have taken some pastries for to go, and that would be all.
Definitely not a good service at all.

Good food, but horrible people. I'm a regular there, I go buy salad and pastries, it's the only actual bakery in the city that I know of and I've even sent friends to buy stuff from here because I enjoy the food. That's saying something considering it's VERY expensive there. I'm honestly disappointed by the nonsense they pulled on me. They stereotyped me for walking around the store and looking at the selection, the owner even went as far as to call me to the back room and assumed I was a thief because the workers feel it necessary to "watch me" because I don't always buy something when I come in, like apparently just looking is a crime? It's because I'm a young person, and apparently me wanting to check if they have macaroons (which aren't always there) in silence is "suspicious activity". Insulting the way I walk by saying that on camera I look "weird". The owner caused me a lot of distress spent 10 minutes saying "Oh, you know what you're doing" when I was confused as to what she was ACCUSING me of and then refusing to admit to it when I called her out. Older people can walk in here no problem, but if you're aged between 14-25 you better stay in front! Or if what you came for isn't available you can't just leave, to make sure you don't look criminal you MUST buy something. Or else the owner will talk to you because they "know you're up to something." I was told it was suspicious that I come in when it's busy, which, get this... I come in at lunch time to get lunch. Other people just so happen to also get lunch between 12pm to 2pm, it's almost like I'm also just getting lunch..

Worst of all after this accusation and horrible behavior not once was I apologized to or offered some sort of compensation for my distress she had caused me. I was told she was goings to out rightly show "the suspicious footage to police" cause apparently looking and coming in for something and leaving if it isn't there is reason to get arrested.

If you guys really don't want younger people to come in at busy times, don't make your lunch/food items at busy times. I come in to buy salads, that's it. I've been told that they only make them at special times, 12pm or 3pm, so I come in at those times. I don't control the crowd, I just come in to eat. I'm honestly disgusted by the way I was treated. I was not only treated like a criminal but also an idiot for not knowing what she was assuming I was "up to", having to ask MANY times over for her to tell me and her answer always being "You know what you're doing" to the point where I began to cry and think they thought I was going to kill them or something. Even after this, she did nothing to say sorry. I stated I was upset and he only response to it was laughing at me and saying "I know."

    Reply to Mr. Dimitrov:
Hi Sir, Sorry to hear the disappointing comment from you. You are right, we rely on our clients to survive and go up. In fact, last Sunday, when you were in with your family, all people here were our friends instead of clients. They arrived at my store after the closing time and waited us there for a later friends reunion at our home. All the foods had been sealed or put in fridges and we were really unable to serve you at that moment.
We apologise if what happened at that time let you down. Wish someday, you would come here before closing time and we promise you sincerely that we will serve you with our best.
Thank you for your frank comment.
    Regards
    Owner Hong & Serge
